HOW OFTEN ARE NEW PILLOWS DESIGNED?
On a regular base. There are no seasonal collections, but new designs will be continuously added.
WHAT IS THE METHOD OF PAYMENT?
The customer can pay via the known methods of payment being PayPal, credit card.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER PAYMENT?
After we receive the payment, the product will be shipped to the indicated address via a German delivery service. The delivery time after payment is usually between 6-9 business days.
HOW MUCH ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
The shipping costs within Germany are 6.90 €, within the European countries 9.90 €. The pillows are shipped with DHL or UPS.
WHAT IF A CUSHION IS NOT FILLED?
Then you have the possibility to send it back to us within 14 days. Please note that we can only accept unused or undamaged goods. The labels, which were attached by us, must also be present on the pillow. Yes, this will continue and the designs are visible online for registered companies only. Furthermore, the methods of payments were extended to the ones mentioned above.
MAY YOU TELL US SOMETHING ABOUT YOU?
After graduating as a textile designer, I worked as a designer for household textiles in various companies in 2009. The areas of the bed linen, the wallpaper as well as the table linen and decor pillows are familiar to me within my work there. I designed myself, bought within the team Dessins from external studios and supervised the production up to the final sampling for the customer.
